Hanna P. "Fritz" Breaux

Hanna P. “Fritz” Breaux, age 94, of Mechanicsville, VA, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 18, 2026.

Born June 29, 1931, Fritz lived with steady grace and a deep appreciation for the people and communities that shaped her life. She was a longtime supporter of the German Sports Club and a devoted member of the Girls Luncheon Group, where she met at least monthly to share a meal and the kind of conversation that turns friends into family.

Fritz was preceded in death by her husband, Roland Breaux. She is survived by her long time partner, James E. Gera; and her four children: Roland Breaux (Cynthia), Tina Fowler (Donald), Peggy Willis (Mike), and Renee McDaniel (Kelley).

She is also survived by her grandchildren: Michele Shaffer (Todd), Tiffany Shelton (Travis), Kristin Houston (Chris), Jacob Fowler (Caroline), Jessica Clements (Steven), Amanda Brooks (Charlie), Ashleigh Cole (Kenny), and Kelsey McDaniel (Hunter); and her great grandchildren: Peyton, Trey, Chase, Carleigh, Cayden, Hanna, Owen, Oliver, Collins, Jackson, Jameson, Tilly, Callie, Parker, and Carsyn.

A Graveside Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, June 26, 2026, in Washington Memorial Park, 6217 Memorial Dr., Sandston, VA 23150.
