It is with heavy hearts that the family of Harold Dolman shares the sad news of his peaceful passing in his 102nd year on Monday, August 31, 2026. Devoted husband of the late Rona Zabitsky Dolman for fifty-two years. Loving and cherished father and father-in-law of Howard Dolman and the late Shirley Herskovits, Debbie and Eddy Prorok, Carrie and Fred Fleisler. Adored Grandpa of Aaron Dolman and Nathalie Chehab, Rachel Dolman and Antoine Marcotte; Lauren Prorok and Mattan Biton, Michelle Prorok and David Assayag; Lucas Fleisler and Kim Alweiss, and Paige Fleisler. Proud Great-Papa of Ben and Romi Biton; and Noa Assayag. Son of the late William and the late Annie Dolman. Dear brother and brother-in-law of the late Freda and the late Gerry Gerson, the late Joe and the late Freda Dolman, the late Morty and the late Layah Dolman, and brother-in-law of the late Freya Zabitsky. Harold found a cherished second love with the late Edie Glickman, bringing joy and companionship to his most recent years. He will be lovingly remembered by Edie’s children and grandchildren as well as his many nieces, nephews, family and friends. The family is immensely proud and grateful that Harold maintained his great love for life, glass-half-full attitude always, and a terrific sense of humor and style until his very last day. An inspiration to all whose lives he touched and enriched. Special thanks to the wonderful and dedicated staff at Donald Berman Jewish Eldercare and to his devoted and special caregivers, Sarah, Debbie, Yvonne and Bernadette, who all provided him with exceptional love and support.
