Heather Anne Flynn Dahlen

Heather Anne Flynn was a radiant light in the lives of all who knew her. She was tragically taken from this world on May 6, 2026.

She leaves behind her beloved daughters, Blanca, Addison, and Emilia; her mother, Carolyn; and her brother, Sean, sister in law Julie, niece Caitlin and nephews Beckett and Liam.

Heather was an accomplished APRN at the Mayo Clinic, where she was deeply admired by colleagues and patients alike. She lived a vibrant and meaningful life, filled with passion, kindness, and selflessness. She was a devoted mother, daughter, sister and friend who brought humor, love, sarcasm and silliness everywhere she went. Her compassion and warmth touched countless hearts, and she will be profoundly missed.

Though she is no longer with us, her spirit will continue to inspire all who had the privilege of knowing her.

May she find peace and comfort in our Lord and her father Gregory, who passed away January 2026.

“He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away” (Revelations 21:4)

A funeral mass will be held May 30 at Holy Family Catholic Church.
