Hélène Godbout Morissette

At the Maison Michel-Sarrazin, on July 11, 2026, at the age of 95, Ms. Hélène Godbout, wife of the late Mr. Antonio Morissette, daughter of the late Mrs. Laure-Aimée Royer and the late Mr. Jean-Marie Godbout, passed away. She resided in Québec.

Her family will receive condolences, in the presence of the ashes, at the Cooperative Funeral of Deux Rives, Centre Funéraire du Plateau, 693, avenue Nérée-Tremblay, Québec G1N 4R8, on Saturday, August 8, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. A Word of Prayer will be held at the same day at 12:15 p.m. The ashes will be laid to rest at Saint-Michel Cemetery in Sillery in privacy.

She leaves behind her children: Alain (Lucie Genest), Luc (Mireille St-Pierre), Line (Jacques Chouinard), Guy (Chantal Boucher), and Martine (François Chouinard); her grandchildren: Julie (Robert Giasson), Sophie (Stéphane Roy), Pierre-Luc (Paméla Paré), Corinne (François-Pierre Thériault), Mathieu (Valérie Tremblay), Francis (Marie-Pier Pelletier), Gabriel (Édouard D'anjou), Maude (Jean-Loup Brien-Lavergne), and Audrey Chouinard (Jean-Philippe Bourassa), Vincent Chouinard (Camille Pelchat-St-Jacques), Étienne, and Antoine Daudelin; her great-grandchildren: Anthony, Jacob, Hayden, Léa-Jade, Madison, and Jake; her brothers and sisters: the late Jean-Guy (the late Cécile Trottier), the late André (the late Claire Morency), the late Muriel (the late Jim Casey), Yvon, and Deny (Jeanette Gagnon); her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law of the Morissette family: Annette (Benoit Bérubé), Michel (Aurore Moreau), Jeanne (Paul Dagnault), Armand (Raymonde Dubé), Anna (Alfred Munroe), René (Gilberte Robitaille), and Antoinette (Roger McCann); as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
