Jack Earl Goolsby II

3 juin 2026 Dignity Memorial

Jack Earl Goolsby II, 60, went to be with the Lord on June 3, 2026, in Palm Bay, Florida. He passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of his family.

Jack was born on June 14, 1965, in Yonkers, New York, to Jack Earl Goolsby and Betty Walker Goolsby. He graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School in Beckley, West Virginia.

After moving to Florida, Jack began a distinguished 38-year career in construction with Don Bo, Inc. Following his retirement from construction, he achieved what he considered his proudest career accomplishment: becoming a school bus driver for Brevard County Public Schools, where he enjoyed serving the children and community he cared so deeply about.

Jack will be remembered as a hardworking provider who was devoted to his family. He was always willing to help anyone in need and never hesitated to lend a hand. Though naturally quiet, he was a thoughtful listener who offered wisdom and advice when it was needed most. He especially enjoyed woodworking and shooting, hobbies that allowed him to spend quality time and create lasting memories with his family.

Jack is survived by his beloved wife of more than fourteen years, Tina Goolsby; his sons, Jack William Goolsby (Brandy Hammett) and Gregory Patrick Goolsby (Nikki Goolsby) and his cherished grandchildren, William R. Hammett, Mackenzie R. Hammett, Alexis N. Hammett, Koda J. Hammett, and Charlotte R. Goolsby.

He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him, but his legacy of hard work, kindness, and devotion to family will live on in the hearts of those he leaves behind. May he rest in peace.
