At the La Malbaie hospital, on May 17, 2026, at the age of 98 years and 11 months, Dame Jacqueline Gaudreault passed away. She was the daughter of the late Mr. Edouard Gaudreault and the late Dame Georgette Lavoie. She lived in La Malbaie.
Her family will welcome you for a solidarity meeting at the church of Pointe-au-Pic, Saturday, August 15, 2026, starting at 9:30 AM, followed by a religious service at 10:30 AM, and the burial will take place at the Baie-Saint-Paul cemetery at a later date.
She leaves behind her nephews and nieces: Michel (Chantal), Ann (Jean-Christophe), Jean-François (Julie), the late Stéphane (Brigitte), Frédéric (Natasha), Sébastien (Geneviève), Nicolas (Marie), and Nathalie (Mario); her grand-nephews and grand-nieces: François, Élodie, Marine, Julien, Justine, Alexandre, Éricka, Gabriel, Jules, Arthur, Sylvain, Anne-Sophie, and Tristan; her sister-in-law Ghislaine, as well as her cousins, friends, and acquaintances.
She has joined her brothers and sisters: Père Yves (Missionnaire d’Afrique), Huguette (Gérard), Jean, Lise (Bertrand), Pierre, and Madeleine (Victor).
The family wishes to thank the staff at the La Malbaie hospital, the CLSC staff, as well as Catherine and Steve for their good care and dedication.
