At Hôtel-Dieu, on August 13, 2026, at the age of 92, Mr. Jacques Paradis, husband of Mrs. Irène Léveillé, who resided in Sherbrooke, passed away. He was the son of the late Ernest Paradis and the late Florence Comtois.

The family will receive condolences at the Cooperative Funeral of Estrie, 485 Rue du 24-Juin, on Sunday, August 30 starting at 12:30 pm, followed by the ceremony at 3:30 pm at the chapel of the complex. The interment, at the Sainte-Praxède Cemetery of Bromptonville, will take place at a later date.

Besides his wife, he leaves to mourn his children: Martine (Luc Charbonneau), Steve (Lyne Sanschagrin), Karine (Réjean Fortin); his grandchildren: Simon (Kristen), Maxime, Camille (Brandon), Cynthia, Élodie (Jason), Mégane (Miguel), Jérémy; his great-grandchildren: Logan and Lachlan. He was the brother of the late Marguerite (late Ulric Laplante), late Roland (late Jeanne Blais), late Gisèle (late Roger Émond), late Gérard (late Marcelle Felteau), late Jeannette (late Bertrand Dubé), late André (late Priscilla Allard/Monique Lapointe), Thérèse (late Roger Bélisle), late Pierre (late Rolande Goyette/Claudette Larose), late Marthe MNDA, late Jean (Monique Hardy). He also leaves his brother-in-law Yvon Léveillé (late Lise Vidal), his sister-in-law Ginet Pépin, as well as many cousins, nephews, nieces, other relatives, and friends.
