Jan Maddox (nee Croucher) passed on May 13, 2026, at the age of 71. She is the beloved wife of John W. Maddox, Jr. Loving mother of John Maddox III (Kathleen), Jason Maddox (Michelle), Jaclyn Converse (Ron), Amy Such and Jill Kendro.
Cherished and devoted grandmother of Ally Rumancik, Jordyn Maddox, John Maddox, Ronnie Converse, Raelyn Converse, Kaitlyn Such, Madelyn Such, Brandon Kendro and Alex Kendro.
Dear sister of Joy Fredericy and the late Gary Croucher. Daughter of the late Ralph and Jacqueline Croucher.
A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, May 17, 2026 at 4:00 PM. The family will recieve freinds from 1 - 4 PM at the A. RIPEPI AND SONS FUNERAL HOME, 18149 BAGLEY ROAD, MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS, OHIO 44130 (WEST of I-71)
