Jean-Arthur Boulianne, born in 1945, passed away suddenly at the Hospital of Chicoutimi on June 4, 2026, at the age of 80 years and 8 months. He was the husband of Mrs. Gabrielle Tremblay and resided in Saint-Fulgence. He was the son of the late Mrs. Lucie Dallaire and the late Mr. Raymond Boulianne.
He is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, siblings, and numerous other family members and friends. A funeral service will be held at Complexe funéraire Rive-Nord (Ste-Claire) in Chicoutimi, with a celebration of the Word planned for June 14, 2026, at 4:00 pm at the Chapel Rive-Nord.
His family wishes to thank the staff of the intensive care unit at Chicoutimi Hospital for their care and support. Donations can be made to the Foundation for Heart and Stroke Diseases in his memory.
