The family and close friends have the deep sadness of announcing the death of Mr. Jean-Marie Pineau, who passed away at CHSLD de Matane on July 31, 2026, at the age of 97 years and 7 months. He resided in Matane.
He was the son of the late Mr. Iréné Pineau and the late Mrs. Florida Bélanger.
He was the last survivor of his family, all his brothers and sisters having predeceased him.
Mr. Pineau leaves behind:
his daughter France and Mylène, her daughter;
his nephews, nieces, cousins, and numerous relatives and friends.
The funeral will be held at the Matane cemetery on August 6, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. A prayer will be said during the burial.
The family also wishes to thank the staff of CHSLD de Matane for their care, kindness, and professionalism.
