Jesus Javier Tamez García, 78 years old of Miami, FL passed away on August 19th year 2026.
Jesus was born on December 25th year 1947 in Monterrey, NL México to the late Mr. Aurelio Andres Tamez Alanís & Ms. María Jovita García González.
Jesus was a strong father, passionate boxer and fighter who believed in justice, love and discipline. He taught his children to stay together and love each other.
We would like to remember those who have preceded Jesus and wish they find each other in the light. His father Aurelio, his mother Maria Jovita and his brothers and sister.
As the ones who have survived him gather to give him the farewell. His beloved wife Elena Garcia de Tamez; children, Jesus Javier Tamez Garcia, Edwin Tamez Garcia, Guillian Tamez Garcia, Gerardo Eliud Tamez García, María Elena Tamez Garcia and his two grandchildren.
A celebration of Jesus life will take place on Friday August the 28th, 2026 at Grammier Oberle Funeral Home with burial at Green Lawn Cemetery in Port Arthur TX. Visitation will be held from 11 AM to 12:30 PM followed by burial.
