Joe L. Conard, 88, of Davenport Iowa passed away peacefully on August 12, 2026.
He was a man of God, a devoted family man, and a man who was deeply loved and respected by the people around him. His faith was an important part of his life, and he carried himself with values that reflected what he believed in. He loved his family and took great pride in the people he raised, loved, and watched grow throughout the years.
Joe was known for his talkative nature, storytelling, and community presence. He loved fried chicken and Whitey’s vanilla ice cream. His greatest legacy was the love he gave to his family, demonstrating the importance of faith, family, and community. He leaves behind his wife, daughter, stepchildren, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, siblings, and many friends. His life was a blessing, and his memory is a treasure.
