Johanne Thibeault

We have lost Johanne Thibeault peacefully and with dignity, surrounded by the love of her family, on August 14, 2026, at the age of 68 years and 9 months. She was the daughter of the late Mrs. Gabrielle Côté and the late Mr. Louis-Georges Thibeault. Her family will receive relatives and friends at the Funeral Home Gravel & Fils, Réseau Dignité, 825 Bégin, corner of Champs-Élysées, Chicoutimi, on Sunday, September 6, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. A Word of Prayer will be held the same day at 4:00 PM at the Chapel of the Gravel and Fils funeral home. She leaves behind her children Marie-Andrée Lavoie and Ariane Lavoie (Domaine Thibault), her beloved grandson Arno Thibault, and the father of her children André Lavoie. She is also survived by her brothers Guylain Thibeault and Gervais Thibeault, as well as many nephews, nieces, other relatives, and friends. The family sincerely thanks neurologist Dr. Sylvie Théodore for her kindness, support, and the last humane care given to our mother. For those who wish, a volunteer from the Canadian Multiple Sclerosis Society will be present at the funeral home to collect donations.
