John George Janzen

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of John Janzen, who passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of his family.

John was the beloved husband of Ingelore, with whom he shared 61 wonderful years of marriage. Together, they built a life filled with family, love, memories, and countless special moments.He will be deeply missed by his daughters, Monica Kern (Steve) and Debbie Calicetto (Darren), and his beloved granddaughters, Regan Calicetto, Taya Calicetto, and Alyssa Kern.John is also survived by his sisters, Eleanor Scott and Tilly Enarson; his brother, Vic Janzen (Trudy); sister-in-law Brigitte von Schroeder; and brother-in-law Dieter Urban, along with many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.He was predeceased by his son, Michael Janzen, granddaughter, Emily Kern and brother Ed Janzen.John will be remembered for his love of his family, the life he shared with Ingelore, and the many lives he touched throughout his years. His family was his greatest legacy, and the love he gave them will continue to live on through the generations.Though he is no longer with us, he will remain forever in the hearts of those who loved him.Family and friends will gather at a later date to remember John to share stories and memories of the past.
