Joyce Diane Rachwal (Sarnowski), age 80, of Hatboro, PA, passed away peacefully on September 3, 2026. Joyce was a longtime resident of Hatboro and will be lovingly remembered by her family and all those whose lives she touched.
Joyce was born in Philadelphia to Joseph Sarnowski and Mary Leshuk. She was a graduate of Olney High School and went on to build a fulfilling career as a nurse, dedicating many years to caring for others in the medical field before her retirement.
Joyce will be remembered not only for her years of caring for others as a nurse, but also for the warmth, spirit, and love she brought to the people around her. She found happiness in her garden, enjoyed dancing throughout her younger years, and treasured the people she loved.
Joyce will be deeply missed by her daughter, Chris Rachwal; her granddaughter, Kayla Jones; and her sister, Patricia Bentz. She leaves behind cherished memories that will remain in the hearts of her family and loved ones.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, from 11:00AM - 12:00PM, at Keystone Montgomeryville Fellowship, located at 427 Stump Road, Montgomeryville, PA 18936. Followed by the memorial service at 12:00PM. The inurnment will take place at Whitemarsh Memorial Park, 1169 Limekiln Pike, Ambler, PA 19002, at 1:30PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Joyce’s memory may be made to Keystone Montgomeryville Fellowship, 506A Stump Road, Montgomeryville, PA 18936.
