Judy Ann Smith, 77, passed on April 28, 2026 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV.
She was born on March 17, 1944 in Fairview, WV a daughter of the late John R. Parker and Eula Cecila Tennant Parker.
Judy was affiliated with the Church of Christ.
She was a member of the Ladies Auxillary of the James Farrell American Legion #330 and the Women of the Moose #88, both of Waynesburg.
Judy really enjoyed sewing.
For 40 years and 9 months she worked at Berkowitz Pajama Factory in Waynesburg and later worked for Flushing Shirt Manufacturing.
Her Husband: William M. Smith, whom she married on September 18, 1992 preceded her in death.
Surviving are 4 Stepdaughters, 1 Stepson, several step-grandchildren and step-greatgrandchildren, 1 Brother: Billy Joe and wife Beverly Parker of Rivesville, WV, 2 nieces, 1 great-niece, 1 great-nephew and several cousins.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 in the Milliken and Throckmorton Funeral Home, Inc. 197 N. Maiden St., Waynesburg, PA 15370 Shane M. Ayers-Manging Director with her service being held at 1:00 PM with Rev. William Parker officiating.
Burial will be in Daybrook Cemetery, Fairview, WV
