Lana Ottinger Gregg, age 77, of Long Creek Road, Parrottsville, passed away on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at Charter Senior Living in Jefferson City, TN.She was retired from Charleston Co., SC school district and was a member of the Century Farms Program.She is survived by one sister: Janet (Ray) Harris; two brothers: Gary (Mariann) Ottinger and Dwight (Jo) Ottinger; nephews: Alan Harris and Jason (Katrina) Ottinger; great niece: Haven Ottinger; nephews: Nathan (Shannon) Ottinger; great nephew: Noah; great niece: Mackenzie Ottinger; nephews: Seth (Virginia) Ottinger and Luke (Jen) Ottinger.She was preceded in death by her husband: Lloyd Gregg; parents: Marcus and Marie Ottinger and a nephew: Jonathan Ottinger.There will be a graveside service held at 1:00 pm Saturday at St. James Cemetery with Rev. Norman Deal officiating.In lieu of flowers, please send donations to St. James Community Cemetery or St. James Lutheran Church, 3205 St. James Road, Greeneville, TN 37743.
