Lawrence Richard Liszka

Lawrence Richard Liszka, 89, passed away on June 21, 2026. Born January 11, 1937, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Adam & Margaret Liszka. He later made his home in Leesburg, Florida, after moving there in 2007 from Lake Mary, Florida. A Korean War Veteran, Lawrence served in the United States Navy with honor. In his working life, he was a Regional Manager for numerous retail stores, including Zayres and several other retail department stores, carrying forward a steady sense of duty and responsibility in all he did. Lawrence is survived by his wife of 40 years, Teresa Liszka; two sons, Adam Liszka and Larry Liszka, Jr.; two daughters, Cara Argenziano and Della Lain; three granddaughters, Taylor, Tori, Sarah; great-grandson, Kristopher. A Military Graveside service will be held at Florida National Cemetery, 6502 SW 102nd Ave, Bushnell, FL 33513, on June 25, 2026, at 12:30 pm.
