Leana Coleman (née Schmerer)

Peacefully, on Sunday, September 6th, 2026 at the age of 80. Beloved wife of the late Barry Coleman for 59 years. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Joanna Coleman and Greg MacDonald, and Joshua Coleman. Daughter of the late Max and the late Sylvia Schmerer; and daughter-in-law of the late William and the late Babe Ruth Coleman. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Jerry and Linda Schmerer. Sister-in-law of Sharon and the late Reeves Coleman, the late Jack and the late Esmi Coleman. Loving aunt of Jamie and April, Jordan; Edouardo, Andrew; and Karen; and great-aunt of Ava, and Max. Leana will be lovingly remembered by her family and many dear friends. The family would like to acknowledge with sincere gratitude her compassionate caregivers.
