Lilias Jean David

Lilias Jean David (Haynes), born March 7, 1946, late of Brooks, Alberta, formerly of Ogema, Saskatchewan, passed away peacefully May 14, 2026 at the age of 80 years.

Lilias was predeceased in death by her parents, Thomas and Lilias Haynes; husband, Jim David; daughter, Charlotte; sister, Margaret Leichter; brother, Lloyd Haynes; in-laws, Austin and Edith David; brothers-in-law, Gene David, George David, Steve Wynnyk and Rodney Norris.

Lilias will be forever loved and missed by her son, Wade David of Camrose, AB; son, Dennis (Jennifer) David of Edmonton, AB; daughter, Carla David of Brooks, AB; son, Jonathan (Nicole) David of Red Deer, AB; grandchildren, Justin (Tanneil), Austin (Cylen), Wyatt (Hannah), Cheyenne, Zane and Morgan; great grandchildren, Ryder, Wynter, John, Tatiana, Ellis and Georgia; sisters, Dorothy, Betty and Iona; sisters-in-law, Sharon and Lois; brothers-in-law, Don and Bill as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.

The Funeral Service for Lilias will be held Friday, June 5, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. from Grace United Church, Weyburn, Saskatchewan with Reverend Trust officiating. Lunch will follow the service at Grace Hall. Interment will follow lunch at Amulet Cemetery, Amulet, Saskatchewan. Pallbearers will be Justin David, Austin David, Wyatt David, Cheyenne David, Zane David and Dennis David.
