At the regional hospital of Thetford, on July 16, 2026, at the age of 63 years and 9 months, Mme Linda Hémond, wife of the late M. Jean-Marc Lacroix, lived in Thetford Mines.
She joined her husband Jean-Marc as well as her parents: M. Clément Hémond and Mme Jeanne d'Arc Morissette.
She leaves behind her brothers and sisters, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Sylvie (late Alain Fradette), Réjean (Diane Quirion), Céline (Nelson Rouleau), Denise (André Berthiaume), Lucie (late Alain Charpentier), Diance (Denis Grégoire), Doris (Paul Morissette).
She also leaves behind the children of her partner: Shanta Lacroix (Denis Jr Hamilton) and Vanessa Lacroix along with their children: Justin, Nicolas, Alexia, Kacey, Leïa, Logan, and Brandon.
From the Lacroix family, she leaves behind her sister-in-law Danis Lacroix (Rick Acheson).
She is also mourned by her nephews and nieces and many other relatives and friends.
Condolences can be offered to the family on Sunday, August 9, from 10 am to noon at the Gamache & Nadeau Funeral Center, 590, rue St-Alphonse Sud Thetford Mines.
Family and friends are invited to join the family for a word service on Sunday, August 9, at noon at the Chapel of the Gamache & Nadeau Funeral Center.
The family wishes to thank Mme Annie Jacques as well as the staff of Home Care and Palliative Care for their professionalism and the good care provided to Mme Linda Hémond.
