Linda LaRose Grant

Linda L. Grant passed away peacefully at the age of 79 at Eden Gardens in Nanaimo, B.C.She was predeceased by her sister, Janet, and her parents Edward and Verlyn Bateman. She is lovingly survived by her son John Grant, her daughter Christina Grant, and her brother Karl Bateman.Linda married and had children young, worked as teacher, and later returned to University to earn a Master’s degree in Social Work. She provided counselling to children in the Middlesex County school district and also operated a private practice. She loved and supported the arts and enjoyed travel and gardening.She will be laid to rest in her family’s plot in Ridgetown, Ontario.Arrangements entrusted to First Memorial Funeral Services Nanaimo.
