Linda "Wendy" Lee Lunsford

Linda “Wendy” Lee Lunsford, 75, of Crestwood, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, September 12, 2026.She was born on December 30, 1950, in Jefferson County, Kentucky, to the late Ed and Lucille Sappington.Wendy was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in La Grange. Her faith was an important part of her life.In her spare time, Wendy enjoyed, time with family, her pets, and relaxing with a good Hallmark movie. It was the simple pleasures that brought her much happiness.Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 53 years, Billy Lunsford; her son, Darin Helton; her step-children, William Lunsford (Tonya), Valerie Bognar (Roger), and Melinda Hadley (Chris); her grandchildren, Shelby, Justin, and Emily; along with many extended family members and dear friends who will miss her dearly.Visitation will be held Thursday, September 17, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home, 706 West Jefferson Street in LaGrange, KY, followed by a funeral Service beginning at 12:00 PM. Burial to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens East.
