At his home, on July 9, 2026, at the age of 64, monsieur Luc Hamel, son of Édouard Hamel and the late Lise Carignan, passed away suddenly. He resided in Breakeyville.
In addition to his father, he leaves behind his children: Jules and Alexandrine Hamel (Frédérick Picard), and their mother Véronique St-Pierre; his brother and sister: Yves (Nicole Couture) and Sylvie (Gilles Robin); as well as his uncles and aunts, nephews and nieces, other relatives, and friends.
A final tribute will be paid to him in private.
He was entrusted to Groupe Garneau Thanatologue, 418 839-8823, www.groupegarneau.com, and was a member of the Corporation des thanatologues du Québec.
