Margaret Paige Brown

14 mai 2026 Dignity Memorial

PAWLEYS ISLAND - It is with heavy hearts – but a peace that surpasses all understanding – that we share Margaret Paige Brown, age 59, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, May 14, 2026. While our world feels a little quieter today, we know heaven is a lot more joyful, likely ringing with the sound of the infectious laugh that was her trademark.

Paige was very generous and loved music, the beach, spending time with family and friends, the Gamecocks, candy, politics, shopping and their many cocker spaniels. She had a laugh that would turn heads in any restaurant.

Paige was the ultimate “person’s person.” One of her proudest achievements was the years she spent homeschooling her daughter, Samantha, pouring her wisdom, humor and values into her “sweet girl” every single day. A true beach soul, Paige’s happiest place was near the salt air. She finally realized her dream of having a beach house at Pawleys Island, a sanctuary of rest and gathering for the family she adored.

She is survived by her husband, Eldridge “Buck” H. Brown III; her daughter, Samantha Chase Brown; her parents, Mary and Don Gay; brothers, Trey Bosserman, Jason Bosserman, John Davis; sister, Chase Pennell; her father-in-law, Eldridge “Buster” H. Brown Jr. and Rose Brown; her sisters-in-law, Ruth Ann Brown McKee (David), Beth Brown Meyer (Chris), Jennie Brown Cooke and J. Hutton Brown, along with many cherished nieces, nephews and extended family.

She was predeceased by her grandparents, Richard and Abby Collins of Florence, SC.

Her beauty was only exceeded by her loving heart. She is now with her God and Savior and many loved ones resting in the arms of Jesus and dancing in the streets of gold. She will truly be missed by all.
