Eighty-Nine-year-old Avondale, AZ resident (formerly of Breese, IL) Marilyn R. Timmermann died peacefully on Saturday, April 25, 2026.
She was the daughter of Edwin and Mabel Bauer, born in St. Louis, MO on February 17, 1937. On July 20, 1957, she married George H. Timmermann in Tupelo, MS.
She is survived by her brother John Bauer of Manchester MO, her sons, Richard E. Timmermann (wife October, “Tobie”) of Surgionsville, TN; George T. Timmermann (wife Denise) of New Baden, IL; by daughter Janet R. Dietman (husband Lawrence) of Avondale AZ; and by 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband George H. Timmermann and her brother Edwin C. Bauer
A private family service will be held at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, MO and a Celebration of Life for Marilyn is pending at this time.
