Maureen McGinn Seabury passed away surrounded by her loving family on June 6, 2026, at the age of 90. She was born in New Orleans on August 30, 1935. After earning her bachelor’s degree, she went on to a long career as a medical technician.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 30 years, John H. Seabury and parents, Thomas George and Margaret C. Hyatt McGinn. Her brothers, Thomas T. McGinn and Fr. Anthony F. McGinn, survive her.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the graveside service at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd in New Orleans, on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at 10 AM. She will be laid to rest beside her beloved parents. Maps to the property will be available at the funeral home entrances.
