Memory Lee Roberts

Memory Lee Roberts, 84, of Independence, Missouri passed at home on May 21st, 2026.She was born in Sweet Springs, Missouri in 1942 to Helen and John Scothorne. She moved to the Kansas City area during elementary school. Memory attended Central High School, graduating in 1960 before going to work at McGee Radio Co., leaving the workplace in 1970 to be a full time homemaker.Memory enjoyed growing roses and other projects in the yard, and visiting gardens and zoos in different cities. She was an active member of Jehovah's Witnesses, regularly attending meetings and sharing her faith with others.Memory was preceded in death by her mother, Helen Moorman, and husband Russell Roberts, and is survived by her son Danny Roberts, daughter-in-law Sharon Roberts, and grandsons Sean Roberts and Bryce Roberts.A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 27th at 2:00PM, Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 500 S Lee's Summit Rd, Independence, Missouri.
