Michael Earl Asher

Michael Earl Asher, 73, of Greensburg, passed away May 22, 2026. He was born on July 9, 1952, in Augusta, Georgia, the son of Earl and Doris (Johnson) Asher. Michael was a 1971 graduate of South Decatur High School. On April 16, 1977, he married Connie Wilhoit, and together they raised a family with five children: Tasha, Michael Jr., Shawn, Nicole, and Joshua. Michael worked for many years at Bohn Aluminum and Delta Faucet. He was an avid fan of Indiana University and the Indianapolis Colts. He also enjoyed bowling with the Wednesday Night League and spending time with family and friends.

Survivors include his wife, Connie Asher; children, Tasha (Roman) Diekan, Michael Jr. (Tina) Asher, Shaun Asher, Nicole Asher, and Joshua Asher; 12 grandchildren; 4 great granddaughters; brothers, Mark Asher and Jeff Asher; and his beloved dog, Bella Sue. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Michelle Ficarra. Michael will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
