Miguel passed away on June 26, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love, loyalty, and light that words cannot fully capture.
Born on March 10, 1989, Miguel was, above all, a family man who had many title to his life: a beloved son, brother, cousin, nephew, uncle, friend, husband, and father. But his role as father extended far beyond biology. Miguel had a rare gift for making people feel seen and cared for, and many who were not his children by blood knew him as the father figure in their lives. He gave his time, his guidance, and his heart freely, and in return, he was loved by many as one of their own.
Professionally, Miguel was a natural leader. As a manager, he brought out the best in the people around him, building genuine friendships with colleagues and employees alike. He led not through authority, but through example, hard work, integrity, and a deep respect for the people he worked with.
Miguel was also a romantic and an artist at heart. He found beauty in the world and put it into words through his poetry, lighting the way for others with his creativity. His love for fashion and passion for dance and the arts were woven into everything he did, and they reflected a man who lived fully and expressively.
Together with his past business partner Jess, Miguel ran a photography business where he helped capture life's most precious moments for others, weddings, milestones, everyday joys....all while quietly creating countless memories of his own along the way.
When people who knew Miguel are asked to describe him in a single word, none of them can.
He was unique in that way. Because he was.... a leader, a romantic, an artist, a friend, and a father to all who needed one. His warmth, generosity, and spirit will be deeply missed, and his memory will live on in the countless lives he touched.
Miguel is survived by his beautiful family and friends who called him son, brother, cousin, nephew, uncle, father, and friend and that has shown with the amazing community that has rallied to help his family with donations to bring him home and give him a beautiful service as we send him on his way to heaven by celebrating his life as a community. "The Sunshine is always there, above the clouds even if you cannot see it. I'm Just like that, right there, with you, always."
Visitation will be held at Cashner Funeral Home, Cashner Colonial Chapel, 801 Teas Road, Conroe, Texas 77303, on July 3, 2026, from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm, followed by the Funeral Service at the same location from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
