Philip Reid, 86, of Miami, FL, passed away on Sunday, July 26, 2026, in Weston, Florida.
Phil was born in Miami to Gladys Reid and John Burton Reid on September 1, 1939. He married Diane Reid on March 17,1985. Phil worked as a specialty flooring carpenter until he retired. He was a veteran and served in the U.S. Army.
Phil is preceded in death by Gladys Reid (mother), John Burton Reid (father), Paula Thomas (daughter), brothers John Reid, Bruce Reid, Nick Reid, Andy Reid, Tom Reid, and sisters Ann McCabe and Carolyn Mosley.
Phil is survived by Diane Reid (wife), Jill and Jay Goldschmitt, Michelle and Antony Evest, Terry and Tara Reid, and grandchildren, Nicole Bernett, Theresa Parker, Alia Goldschmitt, Christian Morales, Brayden Reid, Anthony Evest and Easton Reid.
A celebration of life is to be announced.
