Born on February 15, 1969, in Zwolle, Louisiana, Ray lived in Anchorage, Alaska until his homegoing, yet he lived a life marked by determination, resilience, faith, and an unwavering love for people.Ray spent his formative years in Los Angeles, California and Surprise, AZ where he attended high school. He later continued his education at Glendale Community College, earning an Associate degree. Motivated by his strong work ethic and desire to provide for his family, Ray pursued and obtained his Commercial Driver's License (CDL), establishing a career as a professional truck driver.From a young age, Ray displayed qualities of ambition, strength, determination, and leadership. His mother often described him as someone who "never met a stranger." His warm smile, welcoming spirit, and ability to connect with others made a lasting impression on everyone he encountered. Ray also had a deep love for music and appreciated the artistry and inspiration it brought to his life.At a young age, Ray accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior. Later in life, his spiritual journey led him to embrace the Muslim faith. Throughout his life, he sought to grow spiritually while remaining true to the values of love, respect, and compassion for others.Ray was preceded in death by his beloved father, Ray McCall Sr.He leaves to cherish his loving memory his devoted mother, **Carolyn Williams **; his brother, Joseph Cleveland McCall; his special brother, Ameen Abdul-Jillil; his beloved daughter, Ralana Tanzania "Lil One" McCall; his cherished son, K'Neal Dailin Williams McCall; his treasured niece Mariam "Princess"McCall **his loving girlfriend, Michelle Olniery; his special friend, Nicole Dejean; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends whose lives were forever enriched by his presence.Ray's legacy is one of perseverance, kindness, and genuine love for people. His laughter, wisdom, and generous heart will remain forever in the memories of those who knew and loved him.
