Muriel Jean Horne, 69, passed away July 20, 2026, surrounded by her family after a lengthy illness.She was born August 4, 1956, in Kingsport, Tennessee to Paul Atkins and the late Betty Atkins.Muriel graduated from Ketron High School. She retired from Wellmont Health System after over 40 years of service.She was of the Holiness faith, loved God, her family, and friends.She loved spending time with her family and reading books.She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, and sister who will be missed greatly by all who knew her.
