Nancy Elizabeth Sineath

Nancy Elizabeth Sineath, 80, wife of the late McFarlin Sineath, Jr., of North Charleston, passed away on Sunday, April 19, 2026.

The family will receive friends for a visitation from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home, 7113 Rivers Ave., North Charleston, SC 29406.

Nancy was born in Charleston, South Carolina, on December 26, 1945. She was the daughter of Rittenburg and Helen Carter.

She was a loving wife, devoted mother, and caretaker of many. She found joy in the simple things in life, especially in the companionship of her beloved dogs. A woman of strong faith, she was devoted to her church and carried that faith with her daily. Known for her kindness, she was always willing to lend a helping hand, quietly supporting neighbors and friends whenever she could. In her spare time, she enjoyed drawing, finding peace and expression through her creativity.

She is survived by her children, McFarlin M. Sineath, III (Kathy), Kenneth Sineath, Donald K. Sineath (Julie) and Shaun Sineath (Tina); her grandchildren, Marcus, Tabetha, Jackie, Tyler, Kylie, Anastasia, Joey, Shane, Hanna, Brian, Danniell, Tracy, Trevor, Tanner, Taylor, Austin, Blake, Savannah, Morgan and Brice, as well as 42 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. Nancy was predeceased by her beloved husband, Mac; her son, Tracy; her grandson, Trevor; and her brothers, Tony, Rodd, and Leo.
