Nicole Dion Pépin

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Nicole Dion, peacefully on August 11, 2026, at Hôtel-Dieu de Sherbrooke, surrounded by her loved ones.

Nicole leaves behind her beloved husband, Richard Pépin, her sons Jonathan (Sophie St-Cyr) and Stéphane (Nathalie Boisvert), her grandchildren Antoine, Anabel (Gabriel Aupin), and Zack, as well as her great-granddaughter Romélie.

She also leaves in mourning her brother Jean Dion (Carole Lessard), her brother-in-law Marcel Pépin, her sisters-in-law Michelle Pépin and Ghyslaine Manseau, along with several nephews, nieces, relatives, and friends who will remember her as a generous, loving, and deeply devoted woman to her family and friends.

The family will receive condolences at theCoopérative funéraire de l'Estrie, located at 485, rue du 24-Juin, Sherbrooke, on Saturday, September 26, from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM. A memorial service celebrating her life will follow at 12:30 PM at the same location. The urn's burial will then take place at the cemetery for family and friends who wish to accompany her to her final rest.

The family sincerely thanks all the staff of the palliative care unit of Hôtel-Dieu de Sherbrooke for their professionalism, dedication, the excellent care provided to Nicole, and the compassion shown to her and her loved ones.

Instead of flowers, the family suggests those who wish to do so to make a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society or simply keep her memory in their thoughts.
