Avis de décès

Noah James Smith

29 mai 2026 Cowansville, Quebec Dignity Memorial

Noah loved his family and friends fiercely with kindness, laughter, generosity, and excellent hugs. His skill, intelligence, time, humor, and even his home and wallet were given freely and without question to family, friends, and strangers (or any stray animal who made eye contact).

Hockey, good music, bad movies, shared laughter, and his work defined him.

He was happiest when he was working far too hard for far too many hours with his dad at the business they owned together.

We know he is currently skating on the ice where he felt most free.

Noah asked that there be no services or wake. In keeping with his warped sense of humor, he wished for his ashes to be kept in a coffee can on the mantle and for there to be a party to remember him, complete with a raffle for a bottle of whiskey.

He is survived by his father Ray, mother Susan, sister Anna, cousins Rebecca and Amanda, a plethora of friends and coworkers, and a few stray cats.

In lieu of flowers, please send donations in his name to the Evansville Youth Hockey Association house league or the Borrowed Hearts Foundation.
