Noelia Ponce Nieves, 83, of Saginaw, Texas, passed away on August 4th, 2026.She was born in Isabela, Puerto Rico, on March 21, 1943.She was married to Jose G. Santiago on March 30, 1963 in Isabela, Puerto Rico. Noelia had an career as an line cook for Public Schools.Noelia is survived by her children Diana Santiago (Neftal Cosme), Orlando Santiago (Zenaida Santiago), and Wanda Navedo (Victor Navedo); her grandchildren Bryan, Zury, Diarael, Johan, Abdiel, Omar, Nanny, Alec, Joandy, Leli, Keniel, Alessio, Elianna, and Noah; and a host of great grandchildren.
