Patricia Ann Rodgers, 84, passed away on May 9, 2026. Born on September 24, 1941, Patricia was a resident of Trussville, Alabama. She will be remembered with deep respect and enduring affection by all who were privileged to know her.

Cherished for her kind-hearted spirit, she offered warmth and care in ways that needed no fanfare—simply the quiet constancy of someone who loved sincerely and gave generously of herself.
Patricia found joy in the things that made a home feel whole: her family, her church, and the familiar rhythms of faith and fellowship. She loved Alabama football and the simple pleasure of Hallmark movies, and she delighted in the companionship of dogs and the beauty of birds. Gospel hymns held a special place in her heart, reflecting the reverence and gentleness that shaped her life.
Patricia Ann Rodgers is survived by her daughter, Tammy Denice Sherer; son, Leslie Alan Rodgers; son-in-law, Kenneth Wayne Sherer (Tammy); daughter-in-law, Rashel Leigh Rodgers (Alan). She is predeceased by her loving husband, Ivon Leslie Rodgers.
Visitation will be held at Ridout's Gardendale Chapel, 2029 Decatur Hwy, Gardendale, Alabama 35071, on May 13, 2026, beginning at 9:00 am. A Celebration of Life Service will follow on May 13, 2026, beginning at 10:00 am.
Patricia Ann Rodgers will be laid to rest at Oakwood Memorial Gardens, 2100 Moncrief Road, Gardendale, Alabama 35071, US.
