Pedro Ismael Sanchez Moreno

Pedro Ismael Sanchez Moreno, 44, passed away on May 13, 2026, in San Antonio, Texas. He was born on June 29, 1981, in the Dominican Republic to Yrene Moreno and Jose Ismael Sanchez.

Pedro was a beloved father, son, brother, husband, and friend. He shared 23 wonderful years of marriage with his wife, Alexandra Gonzalez, and was the proud father of four children: Darvin, Layla, Matthew, and Arianna.

A licensed HVAC technician, Pedro earned his certification from Montgomery College in Maryland. He had a deep passion for his trade and was admired for his extensive knowledge, tireless work ethic, and commitment to mastering his craft. Even in his free time, Pedro could often be found studying HVAC systems and refining his skills.

Beyond his professional life, Pedro was an avid traveler who embraced the opportunity to explore the world. He visited over a dozen countries, including Japan, France, Colombia, and Iceland. These adventures allowed him to experience diverse cultures and create cherished memories with his family.

Pedro is survived by his wife; his four children; his parents; three sisters; two brothers; and many extended family members and friends who loved him dearly.

He will be remembered for his unwavering dedication to his children, his love for learning and travel, and the lasting memories he created with those fortunate enough to know him. May his memory bring comfort to all who mourn his loss.

A Celebration of Life will be held on May 23, 2026, from 02:00 PM to 04:00 PM at Porter Loring Mortuary West 1710 West Loop 1604 North.

A service in Spanish will be at 3:00 PM.

A service in English will be at 3:30 PM.
