Raymond Aguilar Jr.

7 mai 2026 Austin, Quebec Dignity Memorial

Raymond Aguilar Jr. was a funny, quiet, thoughtful, and reserved man whose steady presence spoke louder than words. He didn’t need to be the loudest in the room to be felt—his calm nature, dry humor, and genuine heart left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.

Above all else, Raymond loved his four children more than anything in this world. They were his greatest joy and proudest accomplishment. He was deeply committed to being a strong role model, especially in education, perseverance, and integrity. Raymond earned a master’s degree in data analytics, driven by his desire to lead by example and show his children the value of hard work and lifelong learning.

Raymond was a devoted husband of 25 years to his wife, Jacqueline Aguilar. Their marriage was built on love, loyalty, respect, and quiet partnership. Raymond believed deeply in commitment and showed his love not just through words, but through consistency, presence, and devotion. During the final year of his life, Jacqueline lovingly and selflessly cared for him through his illness, standing by his side with strength, compassion, and unwavering love. Their bond was a true example of what marriage means—showing up for one another in every season of life.

Raymond also deeply loved his beagle, Rigby, who was a constant companion and held a special place in his heart.

A passionate Houston sports fan, Raymond’s favorite team was the Houston Astros, whom he followed with unwavering loyalty. As a devoted Houston Texans fan, he endured years of heartbreak—yet never stopped believing. His love for his city and its teams never faded.

Raymond enjoyed concerts, traveling, movies, and spending time outdoors. He found peace in nature, especially while trail walking. He loved music and photography and truly enjoyed life’s experiences. A true food lover, he delighted in all kinds of food and especially enjoyed trying new restaurants.

Raymond cherished his nieces and nephews and was a strong role model to them, offering guidance through his quiet strength, thoughtful actions, and genuine care.

He loved life deeply and lived it with intention, curiosity, and heart.

Raymond is survived by his loving wife, Jacqueline, his son, Austin and his daughters, Avocette, Zenica, and Sophie. He is also survived by his parents, Raymond Aguilar and Carmen Saenz; his sister and brothers-in-law and their children- Erica and Carlos Zamora, their children Celeste, Samuel and Sadie and his sister and brother in law Monica and Will Figueroa and their children Leah, Thomas and Marcella.

Raymond will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved him. His legacy lives on through his children, his family, and the countless lives touched by his love, wisdom, and gentle spirit.
