Richard served our country in the Air Force and then served the state of California for 30 years. He is survived by his wife of 60 years Irene, his five children Julie, Yolanda, Theresa, Valeria, and Ruben. Richard was blessed with 11 grandchildren Richard, Monica, Francisco, Jason, Jacob, Ruben, Jared, Brandon, Eli, Sadie and Matthew; as well as 6 great grandchildren Weston, Maverick, Vincent, Brooks, Caroline, and baby Manning on the way.
