Richard Paul Lang, Sr., passed away peacefully on April 27, 2026, at the age of 79, and is now with the Lord.
Richard was born on August 21, 1946, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to John Walter Lang and Florence Marie Glasser Lang. He proudly served in the United States Air Force from 1963 to 1967. He worked as a sales manager in the agricultural manufacturing industry before retiring in 2005, allowing him more time to do fun things with his grandkids, such as taking walks, golfing, fishing, visiting the flying field, and attending their special events.
Richard was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He was known for his friendliness, sense of humor, and loyalty. He enjoyed traveling, playing his guitar, flying R/C airplanes, playing table tennis, and spending time with his family.
As a United States Air Force Veteran, the funeral service will be held at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery in Dixon, California, on Friday, May 15, 2026, at 10:30 am. No reception to follow.
