Mr. Richard Proulx of Vankleek Hill passed away on Monday June 22nd 2026 at the age of 66. Beloved spouse of Valerie Fraser. Predeceased by his parents Paul-Emile Proulx and Patricia Fisher, two brothers and four sisters. Dear father of Yannick (Josianne), Roxanne and Christopher (Kyana), cherished grandfather of Marie-Eve and Dylan, great grandfather of Théodore, brother of Debbie, he is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, friends and his dog Blaze.

A private celebration of life will take place at a later date.
