Robert G. Rank, age 90, of Greenville passed away at 4:07 pm Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at EverHeart Hospice Care Center in Greenville.Robert was born on April 11, 1936, in Darke County to the late Herbert P. & Helen L. (Schultz) Rank. Robert was also preceded in death by his brother & sister-in-law, John & JoAnne Rank.Robert is survived by his wife of 69 years, Naomi (Rhoades) Rank whom he married June 29, 1957; brother & sister-in-law, William & Virginia Rank of Centerville; close friends, Nick & Pam Ruchty and their daughters, Emily, and Ashley; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.Robert was a lifelong farmer and owned & operated Bob’s Fire Safety for 50 years. He was a member of Triumphant Christian Center in Greenville. Robert enjoyed riding his motorcycle, snowmobiling, USAC, NASCAR, and Indy car racing. He was an avid Greenville Lady Wave Softball fan.
