Through decades of service, she brought quiet dedication and enduring purpose to her work, retiring in 1996 with a legacy shaped by constancy, care, and respect for learning.
Roberta was the beloved wife of the late William M. Felcher for 56 years. She was a loving mother of Howard B. Felcher (Terri S.) and Scott A. Felcher (Therese B.), and a cherished grandmother of Craig (Danielle), Eric (Sara), Lindsey (Troy), and Melissa (Jacob). She was also a devoted great grandmother of Bryce, Shay, Remi, Albie, and Ben.
