Roberta M. Burkhart, a beloved mother, grandmother, and cherished member of her family, passed away peacefully on August 18, 2026, at Valley Presbyterian Hospital. She was 84 years old.
Roberta will be remembered for her grace, strength, kindness, and devotion to her family. In her younger years, she studied dance and fulfilled her passion for the arts as a ballerina. Her love of dance reflected the elegance and determination that she carried throughout her life.
Roberta later attended business school and built a successful career in real estate management. She was a dedicated and hardworking professional who took pride in her work and the life she created for her family.
She is survived by her three children: Natalie Burkhart Jennis of Baldwin, Pennsylvania; Nancy Burkhart of Los Angeles, California; and Henry Burkhart of Knox, Pennsylvania. She is also survived by her beloved grandchildren, Westley Jennis of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and Maya Board and Maverick Board of Palos Verdes, California.
Roberta's greatest legacy will be the love she shared with her children and grandchildren and the memories she created with them throughout her life. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her family and all those whose lives she touched.
May she rest in peace and dance forever in our hearts.
