Robin Lynette Pharr, 70, of Waco, Texas, was born February 4, 1956, in Waco, Texas, and passed away June 1, 2026. Born to Herbert and Anna Travis, Robin built a life marked by steadfast courage, deep consideration for others, and a spirit that drew people close—beloved not only for who she was, but for the steady way she showed up for those she loved.
Robin completed her GED and went on to graduate as a Licensed Vocational Nurse, a path that reflected her determined heart and her thoughtful care for others. In every season of life, she carried herself with independence and strength, choosing her own rhythm and meeting the world on her own terms.
She was the proud mother of one daughter, Melissa Kay Findley-Torres, and son-in-law Daniel. She delighted in her three granddaughters, Alyssa Ortiz, Ciara Martinez, and Tayler Torres, and cherished her five great-grandchildren, Collins Kay Riddick, Carter Mae Riddick, Avalyn Rae Ortiz, Aria Tayler Ortiz, and Arabella Sophia Torres. She is also survived by her two sisters, Cheryl Travis and Janice Travis, and her brother, Tommy Travis.
Robin’s joy was found in simple, genuine pleasures: a cold beer, good music, favorite sitcoms, and—most of all—time spent with her daughter and grandchildren. Her humor was a gift she gave freely, and her presence could brighten a room with ease; she was often the life of the party, bringing laughter without ever losing the steady thoughtfulness that made people feel seen. She treasured her girlfriends, her sisters, and her family, and she loved being with the people who mattered most to her.
