Roger Roussel

The family and close relatives have the deep sadness to announce the passing of Mr. Roger Roussel, who died at the Centre d'hébergement Marie-Anne Ouellet on August 22, 2026, at the age of 81. He lived in Amqui.

He was the son of the late Mr. Fernando Roussel and the late Mrs. Célina Lavoie.

Mr. Roussel leaves behind, his wife Thérèse Lagacé; his children Gino (Maude Dechamplain) and Julie (Jean-Martin Fréchette); his grandchildren Olivier and Margot; his brothers and sisters: Camille (Gaétane Cassista), Yolande (Deceased Louis-Guy Perron), Gisèle (Deceased Gratien Cassista), Gilles (Jeannette Morneau), Pierrette (Marc Boulianne), Normand (Denise Cauvier); and the family members who preceded him in death: the late Léopold (the late Gabrielle Turcotte), the late Yvette (the late Lucien Leclerc), the late Wilfrid (the late Jeannine Leclerc), the late Jacqueline (the late Wilfrid Dubé), the late Elisée (the late Françoise Pilote), the late Jeannine (the late Lionel Fournier), the late Estelle (the late Roger St-Amand), the late Joseph-Marie (Jeannine Cassista), the late Marcelle, the late Georgette (the late François Pilote) (the late Robert Fournier), and the late Fernand (the late Ghyslaine Morneau).

He also leaves behind, his sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law of the Lagacé family: Brigitte, Jeannine (Jimmy Wilmot), Monique (Bertrand Barriault), Hélène (Donald Chiasson), Yolande (Conrad Pitre), Rolande, Suzanne (the late Yvon Nadeau), Émilien (Lisette Cyr), Jocelyne (Jean-Yves Landry), Rachelle (Denis Landry), Ghyslaine (Yvan Martin), Carmen (Yves Pelletier), Raoul (Hélène Johnson), Donald (Sandra Goyette); and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
