Mr. Roland Laporte, aged 76, passed away at Thetford Mines Hospital on June 17, 2026. He was the husband of the late Liliane Grondin, son of the late Louise Côté and the late Gérard Laporte. He resided in Thetford Mines. He leaves behind his daughters France (Stéphane Vachon) and Carole (Daniel Payeur), grandchildren Daniel and Lisa Laporte-Fortin, and great-grandson Logan. He was brother to the late Lucie (Pierre Anctil), Agathe (Gaétan Bernard), Claire (André Fortier), Estelle (the late Paul Buteau), and Sylvie (Pierre Royer).
