Scott Harold Clay

11 juillet 2026 Ripon, Quebec Dignity Memorial

Scott “Scooter” Clay lived a life defined by kindness, hard work and an unwavering love for his family. He passed away peacefully on July 11, 2026, at the age of 70, with his loving wife, three daughters and grand¬daughter by his side.

Born on May 10, 1956, in Juneau, Alaska, Scott was raised in Anchorage, Alaska, and spent most of his life in the state he proudly called home. He began his career in construction before moving into the airline industry and later dedicated nearly 33 years of service to the State of Alaska, retiring in 2019. Following retirement, Scott and his wife, Lynn, made their home in Arizona. Together, they shared nearly 50 years of faithful marriage, building a life centered on love, family and unwavering commitment to one another.

Anyone who knew Scott knew he was one of the kindest people they had ever met. He had a contagious laugh, a generous heart and was always willing to lend a helping hand. He welcomed everyone without judgment and had a way of making people feel accepted and valued. Whether family, friends, neighbors or strangers, Scooter was someone you could always count on.

Nothing brought Scott more joy than his family. He cherished raising his daughters and treasured every moment spent with his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He lived by example, teaching the value of hard work, kindness and always being there for the people you love.
